报告人简介

王廷喜：英国利物浦大学管理学博士（2025），苏州大学应用心理硕士（2021），济南大学应用心理学学士（2019），国家三级心理咨询师，南京林业大学经济管理学院青年教师。主要研究领域为组织行为与人力资源管理、应用心理学，包括领导力、员工进取行为、健康与积极心理学等。近年来以第一作者或通讯作者在Journal of Organizational Behavior、Asia Pacific Journal of Management、Journal of Managerial Psychology、Information Technology & People等ABS4、ABS3国际期刊上发表多篇论文。担任Public Management Review、Journal of Business Research、Applied Psychology: An International Review、Technological Forecasting & Social Change、Internet Research、Journal of Managerial Psychology、Personality and Individual Difference等ABS4、ABS3国际期刊审稿人。

汪玮：中国矿业大学管理学博士，比利时荷语鲁汶大学联合培养博士，南京林业大学经济管理学院青年教师。主要研究方向为可持续发展报告、科技创新发展、能源资源管理和政策分析等。近年来以第一作者或通讯作者在《管理评论》、《审计研究》、《Annals of Operations Research》、《Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management》等核心期刊发表多篇论文。
