国家林业局林产品经济贸易研究中心
国家林业局林产品经济贸易研究中心(Research Center for Economics and Trade in Forest Products of the State Forestry Administration——SINO-RCETFOR)于1992年11月成立,是为了配合当时林业部国家林产品交易市场建设规范及科研任务而设立。SINO-RCETFOR挂靠南京林业大学,在聂影教授率领下,组成了以数十名教授、副教授为主的科研团队,中心形成了包括博士及硕士等学历结构、专业结构和学缘结构合理、实力雄厚的学术梯队。
SINO-RCETFOR科学研究承担多项国家、部省级科研项目,同时涉及国际合作科研项目。研究成果在Int. Forestr Rev.(SCI)、Forest Policy Econ.(SCI)、Forest Prod J.(SCI)、《农业经济问题》、《中国农村经济》、《国际贸易问题》等国内外权威学术期刊发表科研论文百余篇,多次获得林业部、商务部等政府部门奖励,科研水平处于国内领先地位。
SINO-RCETFOR重视国际科研项目合作,承担世界银行、德国复兴银行等科研合作多项,亦与美国、日本、加拿大、德国、芬兰等著名大学和科研机构建立了良好的科研合作机制。
SINO-RCETFOR将以林产品贸易与市场学科领域为研究特色,在农林经济政策、森林资源评估、林业引资及金融、贸易与可持续发展、资源环境法等方面,努力为中国林业经济发展和生态环境建设提供高水平的技术咨询和理论指导。
Brief Introduction of SINO-RCETFOR
Research Center for Economics and Trade in Forest Products of the State Forestry Administration (SINO-RCETFOR), affiliated to Nanjing Forestry University, was set up in November 1992. Led by Professor Nie Ying, the research center consists of dozens of professors and associate professors with abundant academic strength.
SINO-RECTFOR has undertaken and completed many National and Provincial scientific research projects. The scientific papers are published in academic journals, e.g., Int. Forestr Rev., Forest Policy Econ., Forest Prod J., Issues in Agricultural Economy, Chinese Rural Economy, Journal of International Trade, et al. Among which, many research projects have been rewarded by Department of Forestry and the Ministry of Commerce.
SINO-RCETFOR is an active group in international research cooperation. It has accomplished many research cooperation projects with World Bank and Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) and so on. It also has established good academic relations with many well-known universities and research institutions in United States, Japan, Canada, Germany, Finland and many other countries.
SINO-RCETFOR will be noted for its research in forest products market and trade area, also in other aspects such as agricultural economic policies, forest resources assessment, forestry investment and finance, trade and sustainable development and resources and environmental law, SINO-RCETFOR will provide high level of technical advice and theoretical guidance for the economic development and ecological environment construction.
