题目一：Environmentally-biased technological progress, agricultural producer service and wage inequality: Lessons from China

Abstract: Environmentally-biased technological progress (EBTP) is crucial for environmental protection and economic growth in China. However, a paucity of research investigates the distributional effect of EBTP. Meanwhile, China faces severe land fragmentation and small-scale agriculture needs an intermediate sector to facilicate the utilization of modern inpuits. To reflect the production structure of agriculture, we incorporate agricultural producer service sector into a three-sector general equilibrium model and analyze the impact of EBTP on wage inequality between skilled and unskilled labor. Theoretical analysis shows that EBTP increases wage of skilled labor and unskilled labor and widens up wage inequality instead. Then, we proceed to empirically examine the real impacts of EBTP on wage inequality using a balanced panel data covering 30 provincial units in China during 2000-2019. In line with our theoretical conjecture, we find strong supportive evidences that EBTP significantly widens the wage inequality.

刘畅：南京林业大学经济管理学院讲师，南京农业大学管理学博士，丹麦奥胡斯大学公派联合培养博士。研究成果在《Economics & Human Biology》、《China Economic Review》、《Journal of the Economics of Ageing》、《管理世界》、《人口与发展》等SSCI、CSSCI期刊发表，主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项，江苏省高校哲学社会科学项目1项。
