翟郡，女，1993年3月生，博士，美国俄勒冈州州立大学林业经济管理博士，现任南京林业大学经济管理学院讲师、南京林业大学数字林业与绿色发展研究院研究人员。

长期从事林业经济管理、林业资源管理的综合研究和教学工作，聚焦林产品贸易、林业碳中和、数字林业等领域的理论与政策实践研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项，江苏省社会科学基金青年项目1项，中国博士后科学基金第73批面上项目1项。以第一作者发表多篇学术论文于本领域权威期刊《Forest Policy and Economics》《Forest Science》《Journal of Forestry》《Forests》等国外重要学术报刊，并参与教材编写和出版工作。
